RARE COIN GALLERIES began operation in 1962 and was formally licensed in Seattle in 1963. We continued operation in downtown Seattle until very recently when we relocated to our present location in Issaquah, WA, some twelve miles east of downtown in the nearby suburbs. 

We have focused for years in providing collectors with one of the largest inventories of rare and collector-grade coins in the Northwest. While we may not have everything a collector is seeking at any given time, we do try to keep a variety of both common and better-date offerings on hand, with an emphasis on U.S. Silver Dollars and U.S. Gold issues. We offer our coins in both 'raw' condition as well as "slabbed" certified examples and try to stock examples for everyone's budgets. In addition to our coin inventory, we have gradually been building an offering of collectible U.S. Currency for those who are seeking paper money for their collections. 

For the buyers and sellers of Precious Metals, we make daily two-way markets [ BUY & Sell ] in the most popularly traded Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium products. We are always willing to give you a quote on our current "Buy" or "Sell" price for any particular product. As well, we try to keep a steady inventory of 90% and 40% Silver Coin bags as well as the average circulated Silver Dollars in inventory for immediate delivery. 
As well, we have dealt for years in both Vintage and Better Wristwatches and Pocketwatches and normally stock an offering of ROLEX and similar- quality watches along with vintage wristwatches and pocketwatches. We also are dealers in Diamonds and Precious Stones and gold jewelry, and regularly buy and sell Sterling Silver Flatware and Holloware and scrap gold and silver products and jewelry.
